Recipe For Millet Vermicelli

Millet contains many nutrients such as vitamins A,B1, B2, D, E and K. It also has dietary fibers that enhance good digestion. Steps For Making Millet Vermicelli

1.       Add Vermicelli in 2 lt boiling water, cook for 5 mins, drain the water & Keep Vermicelli aside.

2.       Saute required vegetables in 1 tsp oil, add the seasonings from the seasonings pack & mix well.

3.       Mix the cooked Vermicelli & sauted vegetables & serve hot.
