Millet contains many nutrients such as vitamins A,B1, B2, D, E and K. It also has dietary fibers that enhance good digestion. Aside from that, it contains a variety of minerals like selenium, magnesium, phosphorus, and calcium.  But the most essential nutrient that millet contains is amino acids which help you restore your tissue more effectively.

Steps For Making Millet Vermicelli

1.       Add Vermicelli in 2 lt boiling water, cook for 5 mins, drain the water & Keep Vermicelli aside.

2.       Saute required vegetables in 1 tsp oil, add the seasonings from the seasonings pack & mix well.

3.       Mix the cooked Vermicelli & sauteed vegetables & serve hot.
